Judy es un estreno en cartelera cines Plaza Elíptica, durante el invierno de 1968, treinta años después del estreno de El mago de Oz , la leyenda Judy Garland llega a Londres para dar una serie de conciertos. Las entradas se agotan en cuestión de días a pesar de haber visto su voz y su fuerza mermadas. Mientras Judy se prepara para subir al escenario vuelven a ella los fantasmas que la atormentaron durante su juventud en Hollywood.
